Terms of Sales
Terms residence sale in guest rooms.
These conditions of sale are intended for the use of booking stays in hotels in “H2O”, 11 rue Pond, 11440 Peyriac de Mer, France.
They are the booking contract between the owners, Mr Walter Ludovic and the customer a stay in a guest room.
Article 1 – Stay
Customers rent one or more rooms for a fixed term and shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices listed on the website www.h2o-bnb.com are the only contract rates. They include all taxes (the owner is not liable for VAT, article 293 B of the CGI).
Article 3 – Validation of a reservation
Reservations are made by mail or phone. The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of down payment and deductible cashed upon receipt of the invoice on arrival. The deposit must be paid at the latest within 5 working days from the date of reservation.
The deposit is 30% of total stay with a minimum equal to the price of one night per room booked.
The deposit payment can be made:
- by check (payable to Mr Walter Ludovic)
- The payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale.
Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent an email with good reception with the detail of the service booked, with contract value.
If the reservation is made by phone, we are committed to confirm receipt of the deposit by phone or sms.
If the customer wishes, a reservation contract it can be sent by mail.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be notified by letter or postal mail sent to the owner.
- If cancellation occurs more than 20 days before the stay, the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
- If cancellation occurs less than 20 days before the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
- If the client does not manifest 20 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, the owners reserve the right to dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit remains to owners who reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
- In case of shortened stay, the price reflects the cost of accommodation is fully acquired homeowners. Only additional benefits will be consumed due to the owners.
Article 5 – Cancellation by H2O owners
When before the beginning of the stay, the owners cancel the stay, for reasons beyond their control, they must inform the customer as soon as possible by phone or mail. This will be refunded money paid immediately.
Article 6 – Arrival time
The customer must present the specified day of booking and times listed below. Rooms are available from 17 hours. Thank you to contact in case of arrival after 20 hours. We do not accept arrivals after 23 pm.
Article 7 – Start Time
Rooms must be vacated by 11am. After 12 hours, you will be charged an extra night.
Article 8 – the balance of the accommodation Regulation
The balance will be paid upon arrival. The balance can be made:
- Cash only.
- Consumption and unanticipated additional benefits will be paid at departure.
Article 9 – City tax
The city tax is a local tax and is included in the nightly rate. It is collected by the owners on behalf of the municipality and is then paid to the Treasury.
Article 10 – Changing room
Without the customer can not claim any compensation, the owners reserve the right to change the room originally reserved by the customer by a chamber of the same capacity or higher capacity. In such a case, the cost of the book remains unchanged.
Article 11 – Capacity
The reservation is established for a specific number of people. If the day of arrival, the number of occupants is greater, the owners are able to refuse the additional people. This refusal may in no circumstances be considered a modification or termination of the contract by the owners, so that in case of departure of a number of people than those denied, no refund can be considered.
Article 12 – Breakfast
Breakfast is served in progressively arrivals from 8:30 to 10:00 in the dining room or in the courtyard when the weather allows.
Article 13 – Host Tables
Dinner is served at 19:30 for all of our guests in the dining room. The supply on the markets and among producers / traders require that you book your dinner the day before.
Article 14 – Pets
For hygienic reasons and tranquility of our guests, pets are not allowed in “H2O”. In case of non compliance with this clause by the customer, the refusal to accept pets and owners by the owners of B & Bs can not be treated as a modification or termination of the contract by owners. So that in case of guest’s departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 15 – Lifestyle, use of premises
The respect of a certain lifestyle is asked all the guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, “H2O” is a non-smoking area, except for the outer court. He is also asked not to eat in the rooms.
The client undertakes to respect the instructions of etiquette included in the rooms and in the general conditions of sale. The customer agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare and assume financially, any possible degradation he may be responsible.
Children moving in the “H2O” are the sole responsibility of their parents.
Article 16 – Data protection
According to the law of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access and correct the data. “H2O” agrees not to transmit the information you have provided it to other companies or organizations.
These terms and conditions are changed at any time without notice.
The acceptance and compliance with these terms of sale are deemed earned upon payment of the deposit.
